Before activation

We will refund a confirmed payment requested within [REFUND WINDOW] if the license has not been activated, less any unavoidable blockchain or processor costs where lawful.

Technical problems

If Reels Engine cannot run on a computer that meets the published requirements, contact support within [REFUND WINDOW]. We will first try to fix the issue. If we cannot provide a working solution, we will refund the purchase as required by applicable law.

After activation

Because this is downloadable digital software, refunds after successful activation are limited to material defects, duplicate payment, or rights provided by mandatory consumer law. Change of mind, platform performance, or expected social-media reach is not a technical defect.

Crypto refunds

Approved crypto refunds are sent using a supported method agreed with support. Exchange-rate movement and blockchain fees can change the returned crypto amount. Never send a wallet private key or recovery phrase.

Revocation

A refunded or reversed order disables its license after the refund is approved.
