Terms of Service

License purchase
A paid license grants one customer a limited, non-transferable right to install and use Reels Engine on the number of active computers shown at checkout. Monthly access lasts 30 days per paid invoice. Founder Lifetime access lasts for the supported commercial lifetime of the Reels Engine product and does not promise that the product or any third-party platform will operate forever.
Permitted use
You may process media that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for copyright, model consent, account permissions, platform rules, advertising rules, and all material you create or distribute.
Prohibited use
You may not resell, sublicense, share, reverse engineer, remove license controls from, or distribute EM Studio. You may not use it to impersonate people, distribute unlawful or non-consensual intimate material, infringe intellectual property, deceive customers, or violate applicable law.
Product behavior
Reels Engine prepares local media variants and reports technical file properties. It does not guarantee views, reach, monetization, account status, content classification, or acceptance by Instagram or any other platform. Platform systems and policies can change independently.
Updates and availability
We may update supported operating systems, hardware, formats, and features. Active monthly licenses receive updates during their access period. Founder Lifetime includes updates released for the Reels Engine product while it remains supported.
Payments
Crypto payments are handled by PassimPay and are complete only after the full invoice is confirmed. Network, exchange, and processor fees may apply. Monthly crypto invoices do not renew automatically.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the previous 12 months. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Termination
We may suspend a license used fraudulently, shared outside the customer’s organization, used to violate these Terms, or associated with a refunded or reversed payment.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [VENUE], unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
